Technician didn't an excellent job! Love having my carpets cleaned, I have been a customer for over 20 years!

Poor clean quality.

When the tech was here he showed me the kitchen dining area and that looked decent. The tile was cleaner. But he didn’t show me anything else, no other rooms and the carpet was wet of course so I trusted that it was clean and I paid and he went in his way. It wasn’t until I went in the kids rooms and hallway that I noticed that it looked like it hadn’t been touched at all. The kitchen area where the stove and all is, doesn’t look like it was touched at all. I know he was over there cleaning but not sure what happened. Maybe he went too fast. I’m not sure. But i was really excited to use y’all , but I must say that I am very disappointed. I’ve been meaning to call y’all and let y’all know, but I work at an oncology office and we’ve been super busy these past 2-3 months. And I never have time to do anything since I am extremely busy at work. Please reach out to me, I don’t know if I want someone to come back out, I am just interested in a refund of some sort.

I had to make several changes to get my hardwood cleaned. I was overcharged for the job. I was supposed to pay 174 dollars plus tax but instead I was charged 275 dollars plus tax. I would like to be refunded the difference.

The process of using alkaline water and at small amounts which reduces drying time and no left over residue. Prolongs cleaning intervals.

Stairs have several dark brown patches after they dried

I was very disappointed that the technician didn't clean the living room area and I was charged for it I tried to call to call to talk to someone about it no answer I will not use zerorez again

Good rug cleaning🤪. Excellent personnel. Hard, worker, very professional and courteous. I would be happy to have him clean my carpets in the future.
Only negative is that your office tried to get into my house one hour earlier. I could not accommodate that request. Cleaning crew then arrived more significantly past my original appointment time. Apparently you more important to make another cleaning that would cause my cleaning to delayed more than one hour past my scheduled time. So you decided to squeeze in another job knowing that would significantly delay my appointment. That arbitrary decision will cause me to reconsider my next year’s choice.

I was more than satisfied, but I want to really give credit to Ken, the person who cleaned my carpet. He was a hard worker, very, very, thorough and extremely considerate and polite. I am a senior citizen with several health issues, all of them chronic, so it meant everything to one who can't go out right now. He was engaging and treated me as if I were his own grandma. What a young man! Of course I'm getting my carpet cleaned again from your company, but on condition that he's still working for you. If he's not, then I need to find out where he's working at and go with that company.

I think it is a clean way to get your carpets done without detergent I hate the idea of detergent being in my carpets

Both gentlemen were very knowledgeable and super sweet! I was running a little late because of work and felt so bad, but they were very understanding. They did an awesome job,and we'll definitely use them again!

Professional advice in choosing correct products.

As the carpet dries I have noticed some of the old stains remain. Overall I know the carpet is much cleaner but the look is just a bit better.

Felt like a bait and switch with pressure to buy upgraded service. We ended up paying twice as much as originally planned. His tactics felt very used car salesman-like and I get the sense that some of what he said was not true. For example, he told me that without the pet treatment the dog odor smells would be intensified after cleaning and that it wouldn't even be worth doing. After all the trouble I went through to move furniture, I proceeded with the upgrade even though I did not fully trust that to be true. I recommend providing more information about service options before completing the online quote generator so that your customer is better informed about the likely final cost. If your technicians are telling customers that the regular cleaning service is not worth it if you have pets, that information should be available on your website so an accurate quote can be generated. Also, while the carpet looked clean and bright when the technician left, there has been yellowing in several areas of our light berber carpet since drying. I'm unhappy with the experience and the outcome and will not be using Zerorez again.

The technican that cleaned my carpets was great.

The stains are still visible on my carpet. The technician was good but I would have preferred an updated quote before he started. I was very surprised at how high my bill was when he finished and it was not what I expected especially given the deal if $89 for 3 rooms. My bill was well over $450 at first. I was not ok with that
