The technician was excellent best one Ive ever had but I went back in the room the next day to put things back and started coughing and choking. There were chemicals still in the air or something. Now Im scared to have my grandkids sleep back there.

So the couch still has all the odors from the dog that I wanted removed. And there is still food crumbs stuck to the cushion that I was able to scrap with my fingernails off. I was quoted $120 in my online booking for a three person couch and was told it would actually be $250 once tech got here. I wouldn’t mind the price increase if the couch was properly cleaned. It burns to spend $250 and the couch does not look or smell clean. It’s like I just wasted $250. I’m super disappointed. I’m not sure if this was just an error on the techs part. He was done super fast. Super bummed I wasted $250 and my couch still smells and has crumbs stuck to it.

Wow, what an amazing difference after ZeroRez cleaned our carpets. Why had we not done it soon? The kids strains from soda and juice spills are virtually gone. The carpet nap is nice and fluffy again.

When asked about getting air ducts cleaned I was told - more than once - that there was a service charge if I changed my mind after they got there. What was NOT explained at any time was that there might be reasons they couldn't do the cleaning and the technician would change his mind and there was still a fee. I was suspicious about the way they mentioned it and thought perhaps there might be upselling involved but was reassured that was not the case. I think it should be explained more carefully. I think $117 was a bit high in this case. $39 was a more reasonable service fee. I think to make it right the difference should be refunded. I use Zerorez for my carpet cleaning and that was why I decided to go with them for air ducts.

The pet odor is completely gone and our carpet looks amazing! The Zerorez technician was very personable and efficient. I like that there was no sticky residue left after the treatment.
The carpet looks bad about the same as it did before it was clean it doesn’t fell soft and all the guy would tell my wife is that the carpet is worn out. My carpet is only 6 yrs old and is suppose to hold up to high traffic and have an upgraded pad To me it looked like someone ran some some water over it and sucked it up. Did not live up to everything that was said on the radio very disappointed
