Be up front about pricing. Our carpets are only 3 years olds. I paid “extra” $225 for one small room that had few dog pee/dirt spots. Then the corner had 2 tiny yellow spots, but guy said it would be another $75! I did not do that. Then, he didn’t do closets, said that would be another $25 each. I could of replaced the carpet for that. Also, the stains look like the water was dirty & stain moved over. Our wood floors have spots where it looked like cleaning stuff spilled & got on it. When the carpet was wet & I looked, it looked fine, but after it dried, I vacuumed to make sure & I still saw dirt & spots.

The high traffic areas look exactly the same. I will not recommend. Some areas were done well and some others seemed to be rushed.

I asked for 1 walk in closet to be done ($25 which is a bit disproportionate to the cost of a room $33) and they did 2 before they made it to the master and my husband had to tell them no more! The closets they did were tiny, yet possible considered walk-ins. Total joke. My husband measured the tile and it was less than 300 sq feet and they charged us for 5 areas. It should have been 4. I can’t stand when people come to your home and take advantage of you and price gouge you. Not a good business move.

It took a week just to get an appointment. So the wait period takes too long.

I really liked it in the old days when you came out in that big red firetruck! Other than that, Having the carpets cleaned so quickly (and it's really clean), dries quickly, and no residue.

Raymond was knowledgeable about the products. He worked hard at making all of our carpets and tile look great. It has been more years then I would like to say since we last cleaned our carpets and so Raymond had his work cut out and he excepted the challenge and do awesome. My daughters are so excited about how the carpet now feels on their feet. Will will definitely be calling back and asking for Raymond again as I have more rooms to do. Thank you!

Easy to schedule an appointment and I have been using them for years with great success. I like how clean the carpets are with no residue from soap or chemicals.

Christian did a great job cleaning my carpets - very detailed and professional.

My customer service experience was fine, however it took over 24hrs for my carpet to dry. (With the help of both ceiling fans and box fans) When the carpet was finally dry, it didn't look very clean at all. It definitely wasn't worth the money I paid. I have been hearing your ad on the radio for years and finally decided to schedule a cleaning and was NOT satisfied..

I had to call for a redo and I was very happy with carpet when he was through his name was Chavis and he did a fantastic job

I was very pleased with the service. The Technician, Charles was very professional, personable and did an excellent job on my carpets. He removed ALL the high traffic area issues that I had. I would highly recommend Charles (technician) and Zerorez!

I believe the name of the gentleman who cleaned my rugs is Eric Allen. He was so nice and kind. He picked up everything off the floor for me as I am recovering from an extensive back fusion surgery and cannot even bend over. I would definitely ask for him again.

When I vacuumed the carpet following day lots of dog hair and dirt in tank. Sent message with photo of what came out of tank. Customer service set up another appoint to come out. Had to remove furniture again to allow cleaning. Rep did explain can't get all dog hair, so I accept that. He went over the area and said only way to keep dog hair out it to vacuum daily. Morning after second visit still dirt (hair) was picked up again, The carpet won't be a year old until this July, two adults and the dog reside in home. Not much traffic since Christmas from family members, so I don't understand why I am still getting dirt the day after second cleaning. Not requesting additional cleaning but a partial refund of the $203.77 would be appreciated .
