Van broke down on the way to the job. Technician was dishonest about pricing and was not forthcoming about total price of the job.
Zerorez doesn't leave behind a crunchy carpet, removes all stains, and the employees are professional and fast!

The cleaning was great. I tested my carpet and believe I did not get the protectant I paid for. I had to call because the tech did not show up on time.The tech came back to apply it on Saturday. He had a horrible attitude towards me. He was verbally combative and downright rude. I asked him to leave my home. He did not hesitate to do so. Not even an I’m sorry Ms. customer. I called and told dispatch what happened. He found a tech in my area and sent him to my house and the job was done. I had friends from out of town This day which caused problems with our plans. I feel a refund for the protectant would be a good jester even though I finally got it. Some training on how to handle unhappy customers might be in order.

TERRY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB....HE WAS GREAT AND DID A WONDERFUL JOB AND WAS VERY HELPFUL AND WILLING. VERY PLEASANT AND NICE TO HAVE. THE CARPET WAS CLEAN AND DRIED VERY FAST. I WILL RECOMMEND ZEROREZ TO MY FRIENDS AND TERRY TOO. Name removed
They were able to get there earlier than expected, and the job was done quickly and thoroughly. He was even honest about what I did and did not need as a service.
