No residue.
The technician arrived on time, was thorough, and left carpets that dried with a fan within 6 hours.
The tile cleaning does not look clean. It looks dull with water spots.

My sister recommended you all and said you all always do an amazing job. She normally hires you to do the 3 room special and that her closets are always done. My house is smaller than hers but our closets were not done. I was told it would be an extra charge. The service should be consistent.
You came back several times to correct an error that occurred while cleaning my carpet. Thanks for the effort in that.

I would like to note that I was told, the doorknobs would get disinfected as a Covid 19 courtesy, but that wasn't done. I did forget to ask about it before he left, though.
The Gentleman came in, looked at our carpets, gave us three quotes and once we picked the one we wanted, did a fantastic job.
