Our carpet looks great!
The person who cleaned our rugs was prompt, very courteous and very professional. He worked very fast and did an excellent job in cleaning the rooms. We are very satisfied with everything.

Love your work. One appointment cancelled at the end of our scheduled service window due to the technician's van breaking down. They didn't call. I had to call and ask why no one arrived as scheduled.

The job was done professionally and the results were better than I expected.
The carpet looks HORRIBLE today! I called after the tech left and genus asked me to give it time to dry. I did that and it looks worse than it did wet. I am going to have to pay someone to come TRULY clean my carpets. There’s noticeable spots that the tech did not clean. You can tell from the discoloration. He was not honest about the products that he used. I only learned about them AFTER i got a receipt. Like I said I will be calling tomorrow. I won’t have another day off for at least 30 days. I want at the VERY least half of my money back. I am going to have to have another company come in on a Sunday and fix what y’all didn’t do!

Very professional and polite service techs! All services took about an hour.
I would like to have someone come back out and address the walk areas that have turned dark again. When the zerorez guys left the areas were dark still from being wet. We agreed and I signed off knowing that, BUT after the grout dried the areas were still dark and unlike the other non walk areas. We have since mopped a few times with a neutral PH solution and still cannot seem to make this get where it should be and needs to be touched up. Most other portions of the house are okayt, but there are several grout areas that need a touchup because it does not look like the rest of the house. I gave it time and tried to rectify myself after the service, but this is not working and only starting to look worse then when it was started.
The service we received was 2-fold: 1) the 2 gentlemen who came to our come were very professional, efficient and just as important, very kind. 2) the actual service was exceptional. They cleaned our A/C ducts and we have seen zero dust since then. And, they honestly left our home cleaner than when they arrived. A sincere thank you!

I’ve used Zero Rez for my home carpets and duct cleaning and for the carpets and a complete “scrub-down” at my company’s location. They never disappoint in the quality of their work, punctuality or service.
Grout could have been a little cleaner but still okay! He was nice and professional.

Easy to schedule. Liked being able to schedule online. Also liked being able to text me questions and receive answers through text. Also liked that there was no smell after the carpets cleaned. Didn’t want to smell any kind of cleaning chemical smell. The technician was friendly and did a great job. The service didn’t take long.
