The gentleman who came out to service our carpet was very professional and informative. We are absolutely pleased with the quality and price. We will definitely use you guys again.

I asked them to do a stain test first and if they could not get the stain out to let my husband know We were even willing to pay extra to have the stains removed if possible if not then we probably would not proceed. I had to leave and apparently after the stain test they could not get the stains out They spoke to my daughter instead of me or my husband and went ahead and did The service. When I arrived home the carpets did not look cleaner actually they looked dingy. Also the stains seemed worse. I was so upset that I waited to cal and do this survey. I am not sure what can be done to to rectify this situation. I have heard great things about this company and I was so very disappointed

He finished the job in a reasonable time.

I should have looked at my sofa and asked him some questions about some of the spots that did not come out. Dawn dishwasher soap was gently to one stain and I was able to make it less visible.
