Timely service, good employees (Buck was our last service tech, and he was great), helpfulness, treatment of rental property—all are reasons I call Zerorez. Of course, the cleaning is fantastic too. I like the idea that I’m not contributing to putting harsh soaps or chemicals back into our carpets. Appreciate Zerorez!

Jeff was amazing! He knows his stuff and went above and beyond to get every inch. There were some drip stains that we had tried to get out and he got them completely clean. He is extremely knowledgeable and smart about problem solving each area whether it be pet areas or normal traffic patterns. Thank you for sending such a great professional to our home.
The tech was very professional and explained everything in great detail prior to the service. He was careful to check the material of the rug and upholstery prior to cleaning to be sure he used the right products. He asked about every stain, how long had it been there, what was it, etc. Great service and results.

Our carpet is about 20 years old. Did it come totally spotless? No. But it looks 100% better. And it looks a lot better than it did when a well-known company cleaned it a year ago.
I have had Zerorez out to our home to clean carpets, tile, upholstery, and seal our granite. Zerorez products seem to do a great job with tough dirt especially in high traffic areas. They don't draw dirt back to those areas later. I have a dog and two cats & they have done a wonderful job on getting out both the stains and the odors.
My Technician, Jeff, did a great job of explaining what's needed for each area & if needed what I am to do to maintain it afterwards.

Agent knew what to do and how to gett'er Done
The carpet looks real nice now. Jacob, the guy that cleaned our carpet was very professional and explained every detail. Need more people like him. Would definitely use Zerorez again and refer family and friends to them.
