Technician missed a large spot in one of the bedrooms in which milk had been spilled. We did forget to tell him about it but it should have been taken care of.
He also did not wear his mask over his nose.

Friendly efficient gentleman did the clea ning. The carpet looked clean when it was wet but the next day when the carped dried stains began to reappear. We have no pets.

Everything!!! Zerorez just makes it all so easy! It starts from the very first contact with their customer service representative. There's no guessing or a lot of questions, they knew exactly what we needed and efficiently processed our request. They made our appointment time extremely convenient and let us know days ahead what time we coukd expect our technician. On the day of our appointment we received a text with a 20 minute lead time and our technician arrived as scheduled. He introduced himself. Our technician was Roberto. He was dressed professionally, wore a mask and shoe covers. He told us exactly how he was going to service our home and asked us if we had and questions or concerns. He finished quickly and cleaned up after the job. There wasn't a speck of dust anywhere. He even shared with us a video of the air ducts and showed us some of the contaminants he removed. We couldn't have been more thrilled. It is very rare to find a home service company that respects your home with this kind of diligence and makes the overall service a delightful experience. We noticed that the cost for our service was much less than quoted by DalWorth or Stanley Steemer and honestly after speaking with both those other companies we were concerned with their level of expertise. We're hooked and Zerorez customer's for life!
