I like that the quote is gone over before the work begins, and choices are talked about and are clear. I like that the house does not smell of urine or deodorizer afterwards. It smells clean...AND IT IS! The carpet looks like new when the service is complete, and I have white carpet. The agent is thorough and friendly. Would never use any other company.

We used ZeroRez 6 months ago for the first time and had an amazing experience! Guy that came spent 2-3 hours on 3rooms and a hallway- worked extra hard to get stains out... and was successful.
The plan was to have you guys out every 6 months- until my experience from yesterday.
Guy spent less than one hour on 3 rooms, a hallway, and 2 chairs. Had one stain on the carpet and it did not come out. Added on cleaning 2 chairs... they did not get cleaned. His excuse was they would look much better when they are dried. They did not. Carpets were soaking wet when he left and were still wet 7 hours later. None of this was the case when the last guy came out.
Wam, Bam, Thank You Ma’am was not what I wanted... I am looking for a company that will take care of me and not have to worry about... who is coming out? Will they do a good job?? Please look up who came out the first time. Either he deserves a raise for going above and beyond or this guy needs to be fired for not doing his job. I am a customer that has received two polar opposite experiences with Zerorez. It leaves me very confused.
Pet and rust stains appear to be gone. A piece of chewing gum was removed and there is no sticky residue left behind
Our technician Edwin was great and thoroughly explained what he was going to do. He engaged us for approval every time he completed a room, before he moved onto the next room. He arrived on time and worked efficiently, was very polite, and knowledgeable. Great job!
Paid approx same cost as previous cleaners, you do not vacuum my floor before hand, others use a carpet rack afterwards. Cleaner forgot the carpet protector and I had to remind them. Had used others that tended to take more care in cleaning carpet. Some of your competion tend to use the vacuum with one final pass which tends to remove more of the water from the carpet. Have spots that still are very moist even with fan blowing directly on it. Most likely entire carpet will not be completely dry until EOD on Thursday, or maybe even Friday.
