We had a wonderful experience with Zerorez! I called to make an appointment and the receptionist was knowledgeable and she was able get someone out within the week. Chavis was the technician who came out to clean the carpets. He was very informative, prepared, and friendly. We have already recommended this company to friends and look forward to using them in the future.

Booked appointment to have air ducts cleaned. Technician arrived and said they cannot clean fiberglass air ducts. Was never informed ZeroRez cannot clean these types of ducts nor is this information on their website. I was never asked what kind of air ducts I had when booking appointment. I was STILL CHARGED $118 for them coming out. I never would have booked the appointment had it been brought to my attention they cannot perform the task then having to pay for it makes it even worse.
Fast and good quality. No strong chemical smell with product the service was excellent!!! Highly recommended

Zerorez came to my home and performed a service called germ mapping. Before they cleaned they showed me the amount of germs that were on the surfaces in my home using a measuring device. Then they cleaned and disinfected and re-measured. It was amazing the germs were gone. After that they put down a protective coating that continuEd to kill any contaminants from reoccurring. What a great service! We feel safe.
Several spots reappeared the next day. The 30 day guarantee policy is only if you spend another $100 for extra deep cleaning. I expected the carpet would be cleaned the best the first time around without a up charge !

The technician was very courteous and treated our home with respect. Zerorez called because they had to reschedule our appointment, but they got us rescheduled right away and they were on time to that appointment. Carpets look great and stain free.
