Great service! Evan (our technician) showed up on time and completed our carpet cleaning
with care and efficiency. We love that all the technicians we have had from Zerorez have a positive "can do" attitude. Keep up the great work!
I feel it the carpets are Generally clean and still feel clean a few days later. I feel the stain removal is poor. Paying extra $100 for specific stains gets expensive if the main cleaning process does not remove anything. Other places where I did not pay extra had no stains removed at all.

Zerorez is prompt, courteous, thorough, and professional. I received a text and a phone call in advance of arrival. Robert was very personable. We are in the midst of the COVID pandemic and he wore a mask, gloves, and shoe covers. He also allowed me to take his temperature before entering our home. I alerted Zerorez in advance that I had some tough stains and odors and that I was willing to pay an additional fee. Robert did a test clean area on the carpet about three feet square and asked me to inspect it. I was shocked at how clean he was able to get it! The price Zerorez quoted was the price I paid. There weren't any surprise upcharges for spot cleaning and odors because they were able to remove the carpet stains and odors without using any extra special cleaning products. Robert was very forthcoming and advised me that although he was able to remove the stains from the sofa, he was unable to remove the odor because it had seeped into the cushion. He advised that the cushions themselves needed to be cleaned or replaced. I very much appreciated his honesty and recommendations. I am more than pleased with the result and will continue to use them. I highly recommend Zerorez for carpet and upholstery cleaning. They are the best!
Helps our old awful carpet to look better
After the treatment my carpet smelled worse then before. Called the office and they only wanted to charge more money to come out and add more chemical that is totally worthless.
Your hold process is worthless and the company will not stand behind their work.
The technician was extremely courteous, professional and personable. He explained the process and options thoroughly, gave his professional opinion, and allowed me to make my own decision based on my budget. The quality of work was incomparable to other services I have used before. The heavily soiled carpets were left clean, fluffy, and smelling fresh.
Very professional people, excellent service and the Techs are very friendly they walk you through the process of cleaning day and even recommended options on cleaning to make it simpler for me!
