The technician was so nice, respectful, and friendly.

The cleaning that was done on my duct work and my dryer vent was wonderful. The technician took pictures with his camera so I could see how dirty they were. He was efficient and was able to answer all my question during the cleaning process. I felt he explained everything very clearly. When the time comes to do this again I would ask for Jeremy!

I wrote in my second review that I'd like to speak to a supervisor and that still hold true. My experiences on the phone were alarming.

I like the fact that you don't use chemicals just water.

I would prefer to speak with a supervisor. This rating has nothing to do with the people who did the work on my carpet. He was very good and I would give him a 9, it was all the other dealings I had with the phone and the postponements, that prompted me to give you such a low number. I hope I hear from someone soon.

The carpet doesn’t look quite as clean as I’d hoped. The high traffic areas are still darker than the rest. And we had a couple of stubborn stains and now the carpet surrounding the stain is much lighter. So the stains are kind of spotlighted.

However, I will say the tech was fantastic! He was prompt, efficient, friendly, and very professional. He explained how everything worked and I really appreciated his hard work.

Efficient, great service technician

I was hoping the light little end tables would be moved and cleaned under, instead of just going around them. Left it looking pretty dirty around them.

The service was wonderful. The technician was here on time and very polite.

I appreciate that you came back for the second treatment. The carpet looks a lot better after the second cleaning.

Courteous employees and quick service.

Diamante was very courteous and professional. We are in our eighties and he moved and put back whatever we wanted out of the way for cleaning. He said we were the fourth customer that day and we might as well have been the first, there was no indication of tiredness. He paid extra attention to areas of concern.

Although I like it overall, some area could be done twice to get the best results. I think another carpet clean may be needed.

First of all, after confirming multiple times the expected arrival time of the technician he did not show up. Upon calling I found out that he was dispatched to the wrong home. When he did arrive it was almost 2 hours after the scheduled time frame. Then after checking out our house he realized he did not have enough length of hose to do our media room so we had to remove that from the order. Next issue was his water tank became full and he had to leave the job site to go empty his tank and then return to finish the job. Finally and foremost the final bill even with the media room removed was almost double of what I was quoted on the phone. Overall the technician seemed adequate and fairly knowledgeable however the business acumen of the company is horrible and I would not you to anyone.

The technician, Torrance, arrived on time and was very professional. He immediately went to work and did a terrific job cleaning our carpet (3 rooms). He removed the pet stain and made our carpet look great! It was our first time using Zerorez and it certainly won’t be our last! Highly recommend them!!

Your technicians are always very polite and hard working. I am so please with the job that he did on my stairs, as well as the other parts of the house.

The technician was very professional and courteous.He told me everything he was going to do. And had me look over everything when he finished make sure I was satisfied. I was very satisfied with the service I received.

When you have friendly, capable people like Valentino coming to replace filters etc., I would recommend this service to anyone. He was so informed about the air purifier and explained all he was doing and what I could do as an owner to upkeep this equipment. The salesperson was okay about explaining some things but not nearly as wonderful as was Valentino. I hope to see him again when he delivers remaining filters.
