There is still a large spot on the carpet, which was the primary reason we called. Your chemicals or your process did not remove it. Moreover, the service technician was a nice guy, but wore his mask under his nose which is poor training.

Wonderful Technician, great service, reasonable prices.
Website didn't have option to choose exact service I needed. Example, I chose shower cleaning, and the tech upon arrival said that only covered floor tiles and that it was another $150 for the actual shower. Carpets look better but still show stains. At the end, noticed the invoice said three rooms for $99 each, I only have two rooms and am 100% certain I picked two rooms when selecting service. No idea why the invoice was changed.
Your product cleans thoroughly without damaging the carpet by soaking it. Your technicians are reliable, well-trained, and always courteous.
The technician was great, the carpets were cleaned well and carpets felt soft to the touch.
However, many simple to remove spots and lightening of high traffic areas simply weren't well treated or removed in the Zerorez process. We paid considerably for extra spot treatment for a pet stained area and were pleased with effort made but still urine stains were visible. I later talked with friends that used the Zerorez service and they were also disappointed that the spot removal ability is lacking and simply cost too much for the results achieved. Sorry.

Your Technician's are thorough
The technician Jeremy was great! He was timely and very professional. He was also very knowledgeable regarding the system. I was disappointed because I had just had my carpet stretched and the technique that was use made ripples in my carpet. Also from the tv advertising , it stated that the carpet would dry very quickly between 4 and 6 hrs. I got my carpet cleaned on Wednesday July 1,2020 and today Sunday July 5, 2020 my carpet is still wet! I have not seen
any difference between your company and the regular carpet cleaning that is out there. One thing to do is to restretch my carpet. thank you Mrs. Last name removed

Well you do a good job at cleaning, but I have several companies I use depending on what deals they have.
Worked very well only badly stained carpet ! The attendant ( for got name ) was very polite and in and out over a short time and everything g was perfect

First I want to say it did get clean, however the rug now has a huge lump in the middle, actually several lumps. Your agent said the rug would lay flat around the edges as it dried and that did not happen either. I specifically asked about the edges before he left. I paid alot of money for the services he did for us and now the rug looks ruined to me. I want a supervisor to come look at the rug. Then we can determine what needs to be done. As it turned out I could have bought a brand new rug with the money I paid your company.
Torrence showed up a little ahead of schedule which worked out great for me. He did a great job, very professional and courteous. Carpets looked better than I expected. TY!
