The cleaning system did not work well on the hard floors. I have started to clean them manually.
I called to set it up. I wanted to pay at that time but the person said no need as you would send me a bill after the cleaning. Then the guy cleaning said it had to be paid to him. I called the office, waited on hold forever then dropped. Called back and was told that you do not send bills. Nightmare. Will never again use your company due to your employees all telling me different stories. Your people need training and communication skills.

This was our first time to use Zerorez. I appreciate that they gave me a short window, called 30 min before arriving and arrived on time. The technician was great - very personable and professional. We have 4 kids and 4 pets. He did a pet treatment which was expensive but I think worth it. The stains and smell are gone. Usually with most carpet cleaning, the stains come back in time. I hope that doesn’t happen. They seem much better than with other companies I’ve used in the past.

The carpets look really good! They were pretty dirty, and there was a stubborn stain in the game room that looks sooo much better. It has been there a long time , actually a different carpet cleaning company had tried to clean it a couple of years ago, but only made it worse. But Zerorez made it so much better, you hardly notice it.

Everything is clean and fresh
My home was damaged during the cleaning, a hole was made in the wall by one of the technicians. I thought the company should have been more prompt in having it repaired. It took me calling three times and over a week to have it fixed.
Also on the carpet the initial technicians missed several spots that required a second crew being called out to spot treat. They were successful, but again it took several days and my house has out of place.
I have used Dalworth in the past, they cleaned everything right the first time and never damaged my property. They may use chemicals but they did it right the first time. I expect they are who I will call next time.
Zerorez was very good at initially scheduling the project and accepting my payment, but very poor in follow up for damage correcting the initial cleaning.
