carpet looks good but all the stains came back now that it has dried.

The cleaning was done very quickly. I’m not sure how much time was spent on certain spots. I was told by the technician that 2 spots came out, but they didn’t. That’s my bad for not checking before he left like he asked.

It works. Nothing comes close to Zero Rez. Service people are great. Polite, helpful, tells you what is going to happen. Like it use to be when the world had manners.
