I’ve used Zerorez in the past and loved them but was unimpressed this time. My carpets didn’t look much different than before they were cleaned. The carpets were also saturated in some areas and barely damp in others. The technicians showed up early and seemed in a hurry

The carpets dried very quickly. They also felt great under our feet when they dried. Your serviceman was wonderful and very professional. Unfortunately I did not get his name but he was a pleasure to deal with.

Tech didn't seem to give any special attention to stains, and the carpet didn't get as clean as I was expecting overall.
I love the fact that Zerorez leaves no sticky, crunchy feel on the carpet after its been cleaned. The technicians are always very nice and do a great job. Pricing is comparable to other cleaners, but now that I have found Zerorez, won't use the sticky, soapy ones anymore.

not complete. 1 hour and 20 minutes ----4 thousand plus sq ft home. pre cleaning spray on furniture, pictures, etc. Areas still not completely cleaned.

Fast & easy! Carpet looks great and Joseph & your process got out stains without extra effort that I had accepted would not come out. Dog odor is no longer in the carpet either. Joseph was pleasant & thorough.
