Very professional and services were completed to my satisfaction.
Randy very professional. My carpets were badly stained. So much so that stain treatment made light circles. All in all I am pleased
Fantastic experience, they were polite professional and finish the job quickly. No complaints, all compliments for them. I would highly recommend them and will use them again for our next cleaning.
Dries fast
Tech worked very hard to remove stains. He obviously wanted to please - love that! Like that carpet feels like a fresh towel afterwards and not slick with chemical residue.
There were several things that went wrong from the very beginning:
1) After the floor was cleaned and Collin put on the sealer the tile and grout looked worse than before the cleaning started. The tile had gray spots all over it and the grout was dark. Collin admitted the floor looked worse and after several phone calls and pictures sent from Collin to his supervisors they finally figured out he had mixed the solution wrong which caused the dirt to not come up and it just spread over the floor ( he can explain much better)!
2)The whole floor had to be totally redone and some areas had to be gone over more than once to get the gray off the tile. Collin only had one more can of sealer but when he tried to seal the grout the can wouldn’t work. He called the office again and waited over an hour for someone to bring more sealant.
3) We found several places on our walls that paint was chipped and marks from the equipment that we had to paint and today found many areas on the floor that had a white film on it. The whole floor needed to be wet mopped.
We keep our home pretty much spotless and the only reason I wanted the floor done was to make the grout look better. This whole process was very frustrating!
Unable to comment and give specifc feedback, rug was just picked up yesterday but so far service has been good
Parts of my living room floor were streaked after Zeroez cleaned my floors in June. They came back yesterday and made it right! My floor is perfect. These guys do a great job and I'd recommend them to family and friends
Technicians!! Professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.
I like than no chemicals are used. The “stuff” pulled from the carpet is stunning and I’m glad it’s gone. This is my second Zerorez experience. The technicians have been VERY kind, friendly and competent. I highly recommend using Zerorez!
The carpets look great and I am relieved to know there will be no chemical buildup in the future.
Carpet appeared clean and person doing the work was professional. However, a black light showed underlying stains remained after carpets were "cleaned."
On time, neat and organized and the guy that cleaned the carpets was very professional.

I accepted that l was canceled twice, but the job was very inferior the the previous jobs zerorez has done for me in the past. I had to go in and clean the spots in myself. I thought he had cleaned it, but when l had to remove the spots myself, it was a bad job. The wood floors has his foot prints all over the floor as well.

I've used them for years and they always do an excellent job..The carpet looks like new when they are finished. Their technicians are courteous and professional. I wouldn't use anyone else and always recommend them to friends.
Friendly staff, good technicians that are prompt and do an excellent job.
Initial pricing was good. But adding on the pet treatment, the deep stain treatment, the protectant, etc... gets way too expensive, WAY too fast. It was going to make the total over 4x more. Plus the “minimum rooms required” makes it pretty unreasonable. The basic cleaning is pretty good, it just didn’t do much more than shampooing with my Kirby honestly.

The guy wore shoe covers but then never took them off when he walked outside. He knew that we just had the entire house cleaned. Then tracked grass and dirt all over the hardwood floor.
