I have heard about Zerorez on KLTY for a long time and since we just had new windows put in it seemed like the perfect time to give them a try. I recently gave birth and did not deal directly with the technician but I over heard technician and my husband talk via phone as they discussed what was to be done and he evaluated our carpet and at the end for payment. He was really polite and helpful. I had to pay as my husband didn't have the right card and even that process was so easy and efficient. I absolutely loved using them and will surely use them again.

Carpet still looks bad

They were prompt, communicated wren they'd be here and then actually followed through! (Hard to find sometimes). And they were fast and efficient

Customer service was great.
Only downfall, is that our carpet is still pretty wet in our master closet after 24hrs. We may have to put fans and a dehumidifier in there, we are concerned about the amount of moisture left in the carpet, and if it will dry properly.

The carpet in all the rooms felt coarse and looked like there was a white residue.
Also, i asked the technician to leave a measurement of my floor tiles and an estimate fir the cost if cleaning snd sealing. Never received any estimate. Anyway, wouldnt use zerorez for that job after the results of the carpet cleaning.
