Cleaning process too quick in each room, and only went over parts of carpet in one stroke. Carpets didn’t have fresh fragrance. After 10 years of unprofessional cleaning, expected more dirt to come thru clear filter and look better.

Love this company. We have been clients since 2009. The technician are always friendly, and knowledgeable about all the services Zerorez offers. We had our whole house done. Carpet looks great, and smells great too! We will be using Zerorez again!
Technician neglected to tell me that grout sealant was toxic and would smell bad. I called customer service on Thursday, July 16 and was advised that someone would contact me to let me know what was in the sealant. No one returned my call so I called again. I was told by another customer service agent that management would call me back today Friday, July 17 but no one has called me to read the label to me.

They cleaned the floor with water. I heard them say they were going to clean it with water. Then I asked them what product they were using and they said a wood floor cleaner, but they did not know the brand. I am very disappointed in Zerorez. What a shame that a good company goes bad. I would like a refund. There are light streaks on the floor. It has been error after error after error.
Try a little harder to get stains out. Our technician did an ok job on the stains but didn't give it a lot of effort or elbow grease.
