The gentleman that came to clean my carpet was very professional.

This was the second time I used Zerorez to clean the carpets in my house. I was very satisfied with the result from the first visit, and was equally satisfied with the result of the second visit. In both cases the technicians pointed out trouble spots and gave me cleaning options with likely outcomes. In all cases the result was as described or better. I will continue to use Zerorez.

The service and cleaning was great!
However , I’m NOT ok with technician putting AC on 70 degrees without telling me.,
This is not ok, and this very thing caused a HUGE STRESSFUL time in our lives in Aug of 2011.
We left for the evening till late at night, not realizing tech had done this...only to come home to frozen up AC, and I was having MAJOR surgery 1 day later. Your techs MUST stop this

We have used ZeroRez several times, but last Saturday we used you to clean 5 rooms carpet and your tech was very disappointing, this young man didn't do a good job like all the other times, My rooms are average size and he didn't spend over 2 minutes in any room.
didn't get within 3 inches of our tile and it shows, not sure why he was so different than past cleanings but not sure we'll be using zerorez in the future.

We were NOT told there would be a $15 extra charge for a “oversized room” and we were NOT told there would be a $25 extra fee for cleaning master bedroom closet and I had asked when I booked this apptmt and was to told that there would not be any extra charges!!!! I complained to Tae your rug cleaner person and he called the office. Woman at office said I HAD to pay the full bill at time of service but that she would have a Manager call me as he probably could credit my charge card the $40 plus tax that I was not told about. That has never happened.

Your company had been to our home at least two previous times and there was never those extra charges. We should have been told!!

Also unlike past times when I used your company, the service was very hurried, pressure to sell us additional cleaning, and a very poor job was done cleaning the carpets. We waited 6 hours and then vacuumed and I filled the vacuum with DIRT two times!!!!!

We were extremely disappointed and request a $40 credit be applied to our charge card and that we be notified when this has happened.

I had always posted my personal recommendation about Zerorez on Nextdoor as well as to my neighborhood, but I will be posting something different if I am not paid back monies I should not have been charged .

You only cleaned 2 rooms and you quoted me 3 rooms for $99 but it was $109. Now I know I have large room spaces so I didn’t make a fuss about it. However, I will seek the previous company I used before because they did $99 for exactly 3 rooms. I tried you all because I’ve been seeing on GMT.

I would like to speak to a manager 1st thing Monday morning 7/20 about the end results of our cleaning on 7/18. The person you sent out was very nice and communicated professionally. I realize he also had to deal with the seller not being completely moved out. However, the sellers had 2 medium sized dogs and they claimed to have vacuumed within the past 72 hours. We were extremely angry to find LOADS of pet hair everywhere in the carpet after Zerorez left. Unfortunately, I was bouncing between houses and did not have enough time to properly look at the end results. I can provide a nice photo of a big clear garbage sack of pet hair and dirt that I vacuumed up AFTER the Zerorez appointment. My wife is still fuming because we paid $862 for this service appointment. Also, the tile was supposedly cleaned but we found pet hair and even leaves from outside inside the dining room (these did not blow in). We believe the person may have not cleaned well or the truck had faulty equipment. I've used Zerorez in the past and have never had this happen. We will be calling in Monday morning to discuss this.

Very friendly and personable. Finished in a timely manner.

Last time just took 25 minutes to clean 6 rooms it was not clean as I expected but the guy told me it was fast because my carpet looks clean but after the carpet dries you can see the stains again. I do not want to the service takes hours but at least better job.

I was very clear with the technician regarding needing pictures of the areas he thought we needed special treatment and thus an upcharge. He stated he would but to this day I have not received them

Don't have extra charges to the 99.00 original charge.
