Your pricing on cleaning tile is too EXPENSIVE I was quoated $147 on the phone and $313 when tech arrived on site - too expensive for cleaning tile and this was without any type of protective sealing

Very professional employees, get work, fast! Carpets look amazing! Terry did a great job! There is one concern from where the hose left a marking on the carpet. I had hoped that it would go away but it has not yet. I plan on calling today to get the issue resolved.

My appointment for carpet & airducts cleaning was to be scheduled on July 15th. Apparently rep didn't put it down! I wanted it done before moved in. Total for both services was way more then the $705 total rep had told me. Air duct tech left a vent off & attic cover off too! Second KLTY referred business I haven't had a good experience with!- Name removed
