The technician Darwin, showed up on time and I thought he did a very thorough job. The rugs and chairs were really dirty and he made everything look almost new. He explained the process Xerorez uses for cleaning which seems to work from the looks of everything he cleaned. So yes I would recommend Zerorez and also the technician .

I just didn't feel like the visit was very thorough. The guy showed up and I asked how long it would take, and he said no more than an hour and half (90 minutes). I showed him the upstairs and left him to work. 20 minutes later he came down and said he was done. 20 minutes seemed impossibly quick. I don't even vacuum all the rooms upstairs in 20 minutes, so how could the carpets have possibly received a proper cleaning treatment in that amount of time?
