Cesar was very good. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We weren't really sure what to expect the carpet to look like when it was cleaned and were pleasantly surprised to see it looked as good as it was when new.
We're very happy with the service and will definitely have Zerorez back again!

Your technician was on time, professional, and got right to work. The job took a little over an hour and was very thorough.

The company pulled a bait and switch. They told me it wa $99 For the 3 rooms on the phone. Thhey th en told me that the cleaning tech would be out and to see if thge last room if th at coul d remove the pet stsin s without any additional solutions. The cleaning the came out and told me that to remove th e pet solution was $75 per bottle of solution and it needed 2 gallons. He also said he was waiving thge topical fee of $69. I was surprised that there was a topical fee and he said it came with thhe cleaning. When I called to speak with a manager, they had me on hold for 15 mins, and they cxasme back and told me the mgr was going to taslk tyo the tech and adjust the cost. 20 mins later the the s4nt me an invoice foor $99 + $150 + taxes and they adjusted nothing. I called back again to speask to the manger and no one picvked up for 39 mins, in the mean while th e cleaning tech kept calling me and said I needed to pay. I went ahead and paid the full price but would recommend no one ever to this company to hgave anything done. Good luck getting a hold of a mgr. 100% guaranteed thhat they still won't call me after this post!
Your professionalism! Kenneth, our Zerorez technician, was excellent! He came in assessed our situation, reviewed the scope of work with me and then got to work. Very timely and professional. I would highly recommend Zerorez!
The house is vacant. When I went over there that afternoon the front door was wide open, key was in the door lock (not the lock box he had taken it out from) and all the lights were still on. I texted the technician and he did not text me back. The carpet still had some debris. The plus was he called when he got there and explained the charges, I liked the text option to pay the invoice. I'm thinking the front door being left open could've been a mistake but I expected more care and consideration seeing how friendly and accommodating he seemed on the phone.
The carpet technician deep cleaning solution used on my carpets brought the carpet back to a phenomena state. I will recommend Zeroez to all of my friends.

The representative showed up on time, was very respectful, and did a fantastic job. He walked me through everything he was doing, offered advice on how to maintain the carpet, and was accommodating of my misbehaving dog. I tried Zerorez because my mother tried it and spoke highly of the work-product. Now I’ve tried it and must agree that it was incredible. They got pet stains out that I’ve been trying to remove for months.
As far as COVID goes, the technician kept his mask on the entire time and stayed 6 feet away from me at all times. The only time he was within 6 feet was to show me the bill and have me sign for it.
Overall, it was a very positive experience. I do recommend Zerorez and will use them again in the future.

Awesome product - really cleans the carpets and get stains out. Technicians are awesome - very polite, knowledgeable and on time!
I love the products because they are natural. The services were 110%. My tech arrived on time. He explained and confirmed what he was doing. He was also very nice and courteous. He made sure all areas were cleaned before he left and showed us the end result. If all techs are as thorough as he was, I will definitely be using Zerorez again.

I have been a client for over 5 years
I had my carpets cleaned this week and very pleased. I like the fact that no soap products are used and your employee did a very good job. This is the second time I have used Zerorez and will continue to do so.
Very professional technician who wasted no time assessing the areas to be clean, setting up, getting the work done, and explaining any issues he discovered.
Air duct text said there was mold. We had Servpro pit and they confirmed it was dust. We got charged 127.00 for nothing because your tech was too lazy Suggest additions training for Jermery.
Very impressed with the products and the results of the carpet cleaning. Collin did a great job!
