The technician was very professional and did a thorough job cleaning my old and very dirty carpets. He walked me through the house when he was finished and pointed out those stubborn spots that wouldn't come out. If I could request him again (although I can't remember his name), I would!

Technician did a great job. I requested an additional service on site. Technician could have stated the price of the add-on service prior to execution of said service. I was surprised cleaning for an 8’X10’ rug was $99. Other than that, very professional.

Zerorez carpet cleaning came to clean the carpets on a house my family and I were selling.The gentleman that cleaned our carpets was very knowledge and it was apparent that he loved his job. He was very professional, fast, and the carpet looked brand new once he finished. We have had our carpets cleaned before by other companies, but never with the professionalism, quality, and affordable price. I will definitely use this company again.

We had a great experience with Zero Rez. They were very friendly and professional, and our carpet is like new again. They were very quick and efficient and gave us good advice about keeping the carpet clean in between professional cleanings, which is very important since we have two dogs.
The price I ended up paying was way over what I was quoted. I ended up with tile and grout that some of it looks good and some not so good. I ended up with a house full of bugs and it feels like there is a residue left on the tile. I will never use you again and I will tell everyone I know about the service I got. I was also supposed to get Boston as my tech...not so much.
