When I ordered services, I requested my kitchen floor tile to be cleaned and the grout sealed. The text I received from your company quoted a price to clean the tile and seal the grout on 7/27/20. After the technician left, and the floor had dried, I saw streaks and footprints on the kitchen floor. I called the office and asked by what technique seal is supposed to be applied. The resulting answer verified that the seal had not been applied during the technician's work. I requested a follow-up appointment for the technician to apply the sealant. Your representative made an appointment from between 11 am and 1 pm on 7/30/20, and said at least twice that I would receive a phone call 30 minutes before the technician's arrival. When the technician had not arrived by 2 pm, I was about to call your office to check on his arrival. He arrived as I was making the call to your office. I told the technician that I had not received any calls or texts about him being late. He also showed me that on his original instructions to clean my kitchen floor there was no mention of sealing the grout.
If your company is interested in making clients satisfied with your work, don't say you are going to do one thing, and then do something different, or fail to do what is ordered by the client. I am very concerned about two rugs you are cleaning in your shop, and hope that nothing happens that will make me regret using your company.

The service man was very kind and polite but he left so many stains on the carpet. We’ve used Dalworth in the past and they pretreat stains and they are lifted. This is a relatively new carpet too. The carpet Dalworth cleaned in the past was much dirtier and yet the end result was cleaner so I will probably return to Dalworth.

You tech was personable and professional. He worked in a diligent and methodical manner and properly explained all aspects of what he was doing and the different treatment options along the way without being salesy.

The Zerorez technician was incredibly professional and respectful. The work was done promptly, neatly and timely.
It seems like when my carpets dry quick, more spots are left behind. When the spots are pretty well taken care of, the carpets stay wet a long time, and not just where they got the spots out but everywhere!

Carpets are clean, reasonable price, and the technician was great.
After my carpet was cleaned it appeared to be dirty. We cleaned it after zerorez the next day and you could see and smell the difference. My carpet was "raised" again.
I've used Zerorez over the past 5+ years and this time was different. My carpet was not clean.
