The process was great from the moment I made the appointment to the time the tech came out to clean He was very pleasant and efficient U would recommend Zerorez
Took over 15 hours for my carpets to dry and one room you can see all the spots that needed cleaning are back.
The people that perform the work seem empowered to make decisions and are knowledgeable. Also they are very professional.
Well, the first day they didn’t show up during the scheduled two hour window, and every time we called, they said he will be there in 20 minutes. Finally, after waiting 45 extra minutes, I called a third time, they said he will be there in 20 more minutes, and ai told them that I had to go to a meeting, and asked what they would do to make it right. I was told they could come the next morning first thing, and they did. I was also told that we would receive a discount, which never happened. Pretty disappointed. And on top of it, he forgot to put the one piece of furniture in the room up on pads as he told us he would do, and it rusted the carpet in one spot, and we had to re-clean it ourselves.

My house always smells so nice after they clean my carpets.
I received a phone call telling the person cleaning our carpet was en route; he was going to be early. The gentleman who cleaned our carpet was 45 minutes early. He explained what he was going to do and asked if we had any pesky stains. He was quick and efficient. He wore a mask. He cleaned three rooms and an entry way. One bedroom we felt could’ve been cleaned better & we noticed he didn’t clean a small area in that room. He removed a pesky stain that seemed darker than the high traffic area that still looks dirty. It was worth the $117 we paid; however, we believe it could’ve been cleaner and probably won’t use them again.

Service was good however serviceman wasn’t timely. Service agent called to let us know he would be 30 minutes late but it was more like 45 minutes. But he did a good job when he got here.
