They did a great job cleaning my carpets
Arrival was when they said it would be. The technician was courteous, informative, and knowledgeable! Service was quick, and the problem areas of my carpet looked fantastic, as did the entire home! Very, very happy with this service, and I would definitely use again!

Zerorez came out the 2nd time at no charge. Was told the coffee stains I have 2 big spots will not come out. My bedroom has several bad stains from my cat throwing up all the time. This is normal for her. Guess what the stains are still there. Carpet looks great until it dries; the spots return. Believe me I wish I had something better to say. Buck the tech that came out both times was very personable.
Stains that were spot treated were not removed.

My only issue was that the tech arrived earlier than our scheduled time. I was not home yet, and that caused my mother-in-law some anxiety, having to answer questions in order to get the service started before I arrived.

Clean carpet with no harsh detergents or chemicals! Very friendly service man too, he did a fantastic job.
Well ar first I thought things were ok until it really dried and now you can see what a poor job he did it seems like the spots are coming back through. I am not happy plus we paid extra for some kind of protection which I bet wont work either. I am so sure we will not use your company and will not recommend them to friends or family. You have decent prices, now I see why you get what you pay for your advertising is a hoax. It's sad I work hard for my money and like to be satisfied when I pay for a service and get a shabby job so disappointed I was so excited to get our carpet cleaned, now I just feel like be been had.
Our carpets are 15 years old and always look great after a Zerorez cleaning!!! The service techs always do a great job. I highly recommend them.

Employee is on time, professional, and kind. That April shower clean smell after the carpets are cleaned is so very pleasing. Oh my! Seeing the before and after was also very pleasing even though my carpet wasn’t that dirty, the employe said. It was a rewarding experience.

It gets very clean without using a lot of chemicals
improved communication between techs and office mgr. scheduling was a mess, 3 times before work was actually done. needed hardwoods cleaned, sent out carpet cleaners first two appointments

WIth COVID, communication with office is harder and a bit frustrating at times. At first email response was only way but was decently responsive. Then that did not work and phone call was only way.
