In cleaning an area rug in our living room, you through what I believe to be negligence/inexperience on the part of your technician caused damage to the rug --- ripples around the rug's perimeter and for lack of a better description damage to the rug nap or pile in two different locations. I provided photos of the rug to your business. It took several phone calls to your business in order to get someone out to our home to look at the rug, pick it up and return it to your facility. Rug has not yet been returned to us, so at this point I do not know if the problem has been corrected. I will not be using you again.

I thought the service I received was great, but I didn't feel like the carpets really got all that clean. We even got our rugs cleaned and again, I still don't feel like they are all that clean. They still have a slight smell to them and with paying $50 per rug, that seems expensive and left me feeling that it wasn't worth it.

My technician was very professional.

Terry came out and cleaned out floors. He was honest, friendly, and personable. He did a small portion just so we would see and make sure it’s what we wanted done. When he was finished, he had us make sure there weren’t any other spots that he needed to go over again.
The service was so great and we are absolutely ecstatic with the results!

It is bait and switch to advertise $33 per room and then tell me it is an additional $60 per room or I will smell the dog urine. And we I signed up for the pet cleaner and then tell me it only covers s 3x3 area.

Zerorez is a better way to clean carpets. No chemical smell and no crunchy carpets.

Mr. Harrison was so nice and personable while perfectly professional. He did an amazing job on my carpets in about the time it would take me to pick up and vacuum! He even helped to change my order as I didn't know how much pet treatment solution I would need. He was very knowledgeable and talked me through everything so I knew exactly how much I would owe BEFORE he started the work. Great experience!

Technician was very knowledgeable about carpets and how to care for them. I learned that my type of carpet was a sponge for odors. He removed stains that even I had trouble removing.
