I called in advance of my appointment to make sure the employee would be wearing shoe booties. I was told that he would absolutely be wearing them due to Covid. But when he arrived, I asked if he had them and he said no.
Your products leave our carpets looking clean without being stiff from chemical residue.
We had Zerorez come out and cleans our Air Conditioner ductwork. The two guys that showed up were very friendly and very professional. They said it would be about 3 hours and it was! They were thorough and cleaned up behind themselves very well!
The difference in that the carpet was no soaked and required the opening of windows to help in drying out the carpet.
Technician Chavis was professional and courteous.
Prompt arrival (Zerorez called ahead to let us know he was on his way). Very pleasant employee to chat with. He did a thorough job.

The technician arrived and went right to work. He was pleasant, efficient and worked efficiently. The carpets look great and there is no residue when dry. We've been using Zerorez for 13 years and wouldn't consider any other vendor.

Carpets look great. The gentleman who cleaned our carpets represented your company well. Knowledgeable, polite, and professional. He also let my husband follow him around and explained the process to him.
Paid to have the carpet protector sprayed on my carpets but it wasn’t done, Zerorez employee left and forgot to spray carpet.
The total price was twice the amount I paid for a competitor’s service, but the service was not worth the price. It was adequate but not exceptional.
Spend more time on high traffic areas and spots in carpet. I think more dirt would come out if the carpet was worked a bit longer and from a different direction.
Easy to schedule. Serviceman was on time, wearing a mask, and completed the carpet cleaning within 1 hour.
