Process & service
Avoid leaving footprints on the wood floors and please ask before you change the thermostat. Otherwise, the tile looks good.
How nice they looked after
They provide low price, but really take interest in doing a great job f cleaning.

The dog urine smell did not come out of my carpet even after paying for the special solution to treat it. The young man who came was polite and on time and worked hard

I will recommend you! However, the stains which made me call a carpet cleaner and pay 140 dollars or so are still there. The rest of my carpet was in good shape.

The technicians always arrive within the time window. They are courteous and professional.
We used Zerorez for the second time and again we were very pleased. The technician, Ceasar, showed up on time and was efficient and professional in cleaning our carpet. He explained the process and what he would be doing. He performed a thorough job. He wore a mask and did a terrific job. The carpet (6 rooms) dried within the time frame he quoted and look GREAT!!! We couldn’t be more pleased with Zerorez. And we appreciate Ceasar and his work ethic.
Very professional!
I moved my mattress and box spring and asked if he would clean the carpet between the slats so under the bed would be cleaned. (We are getting ready to put the house on the market and move) Once he left I realized that it didn’t happen. He did a great job on everything else. It just disappointed me a little.
Cleaning is so great. Best I've found in a very long time. The gentleman that came was so polite and we had a great time talking while he did his job. Couldn't ask for a better representive to do the job. Thanks again for a job well done in my house.
