not complete. 1 hour and 20 minutes ----4 thousand plus sq ft home. pre cleaning spray on furniture, pictures, etc. Areas still not completely cleaned.

I like the special offers (like 3 rooms for $99 plus tickets to an event or gift certificates to a restaurant or business included) & how clean our carpet looks after Zero Rez pays us a visit.
Your last employee took time to explain his work & was very polite, thorough & respectful. Our only issue is that we had a dead spot in our grass near where the van was parked (not sure what caused it) after he left.
The tech who came out was on time, knowledgable, and walked me through the problem areas in my carpet with solutions.
Service is great, results are visible and the techs are friendly and knowledgeable!
79.50 per 75sq feet seems a bit high for tile cleaning.
The tech was professional and courteous despite an equipment malfunction. He completed the work in a timely manner once everything was squared away. Carpets look great and no longer have that pet funk.
CJ did a great job. Very thorough and personable young man. Dispatch and appointment scheduler had a few hiccups, but all is well.

I like the fact that there are no chemicals. We were here the whole time and there was no chemical smell. The carpets were beautiful And soft again when they finished. The technician was professional and knowledgeable.
The carpet looked so much better, and Torrence recommenced a tile cleaning without being too pushy. It was well worth it.
The techs are always polite and most seem to understand some of the specials needs older people have. I have Zerorez out about every 3 or 4 months and have for 5 or more years. I do not have anything negative to say.
