What do you like about our products and services?

Tae, I apologize, I am not sure how to spell his name, was very knowledgeable, respectful and thorough. We were very comfortable having him in our home. The process was quiet and quicker than expected!! Our carpets look so good!! The carpet dried quickly with no sticky soap feel. Matthew is highly allergic to our micro-tiny teacup Chihuahua. We suspected a few potty spots, but not much. He got out the black light to make sure he got them. If we ever need you again, we will be sure to ask for him, you would do good to keep him!!! ZEROREZ and TAE ROCK, better results than expected!!!!

The fact that you made the appointment in less than 48 hours. The young man that cleaned my carpet was very nice. He did a thorough job, was professional, speedy and friendly. I have forgotten his name and he did introduce himself. I will differently recommend Zerorez to friends.

Very professional services. The technician Jeremy Campbell was very courteous, professional and patient in explaining the whole process while providing the service with utmost satisfaction.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I explained the rooms and house set up thoroughly when making the appointment. We have an extension of our dining room, approximately 3.5’x5.5’ of floor space (smaller than a walk-in closet which they weren’t asked to do) and they charged us an additional $30 to do it. Considering the speed that they moved through the house (It only took them a little over an hour) and they only had to do small traffic areas in the bedrooms due to them having a lot of furniture, I thought it was tacky.
They were also unapologetic about slight damage/separation done in hallway that wasn’t there before they started.
I would like the $30 refunded. 15sq’ is not a room.
I don’t know if we would use you again due to how fast they rushed through. They knew it hadn’t been cleaned in a while and could have moved a little slower, been more thorough. Some areas don’t seem to be that well cleaned now that it is dry

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The last time we used your service at 2715 Derby court Southlake representative was excellent and we were also able to not only use your $99 service but also city came in and did our tile for about another $450.....The representative that you sent to 4300 Avilla in Arlington not only didn’t clean the carpet properly the carpet is stiff and also the carpet itself was torn from the transition piece

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I have used this company multiple times and never had bad results...until yesterday. Carpet doesn’t look anywhere near as clean as they usually get it.. I also have not had to clean all of my furniture after the company came, because they dowsed it in cleaner.. but I had to this time. The cleaner is sprayed on night stands, mirrors, bed frames, walls, etc... (Night stands that were sprayed with cleaner are the same night stands that zerorez have always moved, that I asked the current tech to please move, since they are under 50 pounds, the tech agreed to move, yet did not move.)
I also took my fingernail and scraped off spots they missed or just outright overlooked. I was pretty shocked by my experience. Especially since I tipped the tech $20, because I felt I was getting the service I am used to getting.

I thought our pet treatment was way overpriced. I never dreamed I was going to pay $600 for carpet cleaning for two small rooms and a master bedroom. They did not even clean under beds. The smell of the carpet the first night of drying stunk so bad like dirty socks. If I had known it would take 6 gallons of pet treatment for $75 dollars, I would not have used Zerorez. I could have replaced the carpet for less than $500 including pads.

Your worker said the spots would come out. But they're still there. The carpet was still wet 24 hours after they left. And your people were not very communicative.

Timely appointments. Polite technicians, excellent cleaning techniques, I like the quick-drying process, and the tech wore a mask which made me comfortable in allowing him to enter my home during the pandemic. I have used this service on three occasions. The first and third visits were good. The second visit was ok; unfortunately, after the tech had left, I noticed cleaning residue left behind staining my living room carpet. However, on this third visit, the tech did an excellent job of removing the stains left behind from the 2nd visit and also did an extraordinary job in cleaning the high traffic areas. He also assisted in moving a few pieces of furniture. A very good cleaning experience. Highly recommended!
