tile cleaning overpriced and disappointing results
Great service and products
The team I had, William and Fabian were courteous, thorough and did a great job.
Time frame given was 8 to 10 am. Tech arrived at 9:55.
How did you disappoint me?
You disappointed me in the hard sell for the pet treatment.
You disappointed me in the price of the pet treatment.
You disappointed me in refusing to clean my carpets if I did not purchase the pet treatment.
You disappointed me in pricing the pet treatment the same for 100 sq ft room as for a 200 sq ft room and the 300 sq ft room.
You disappointed me as you failed to call in the day(s) prior to confirm and go over any other critical info.
You disappointed me in charging $510 when I was expecting to pay $186. A charge of $300 for pet treatment is exorbitant when the price of the carpet cleaning is $162.
If I was not in a time crunch to clean the carpets and get the house back in order, your tech would have been sent packing and would never have had the opportunity to show the incredibly awesome and professional service he provided. Michael was able to transform our carpets from ugly to almost new. He removed dark ugly stains that were years old and we thought would be there for the life of the carpet. Michael's work earned him a score of 10 for the job well done. The pet treatment issue ranked a 0 at best. We are extremely satisfied with the carpets, but still have a real sour spot for the hard sell and the price of the pet treatment.
What can you do to make things right?
Disclose the high price of the pet treatment to future customers.
Disclose that pet treatment is mandatory to future customers.
Provide an in-home consult to accurately evaluate the cleaning required and to accurately price the cleaning in the days or week prior to the cleaning.
Credit my credit card for half the price of the pet treatment.

A really good job on a very bad carpet
We have used Zerorez for years for carpet and upholstery cleaning and we have always been pleased with the results. We recently had our kitchen tile and grout cleaned and we were amazed at the difference it made. The technician was very nice, knowledgeable and professional. We highly recommend Zerorez!
These two carpet cleaners were "the best" I have seen in years! Very professional, they actually sent two people instead of one, treated the spots as expected, also set up protectors on corners and furniture that hasn't been used on previous visit while I have been here. The carpet looks better than it has entire last year I have been here.

The serviceman walked the house with me and he explained what he would be doing. He was friendly and we walked the house again after the cleaning. He did a thorough job and I was satisfied.
