OMG, another wonderful experience with Zerorez! Upon Charles' arrival, he proceeded to walk the areas with me and explain the procedures he was recommending for the day. I am always so pleased when they are through cleaning my carpet. No more icky feeling on the carpet only fresh clean icky free carpets. Thank you Zerorez and thank you Charles for caring for me and the health of my family through the cleanliness of my carpets. I will recommend you to everyone I speak with on a daily basis.
Service was good, but it was a lot more expensive than I expected. The amount more than doubled the original quote.
Unfortunately some of the stains are already coming back up. Should I stay with spray bottle technician left?

Great customer service and quality work
I booked an appointment to have an August special which included 3 rooms for $99 PLUS 4 tickets to Hawaiian Falls. Service was completed but no Hawaiian Falls tickets because you ran out.....ridiculous!!! I booked with this company specifically for the promotion and you did not follow threw. False advertising and not reliable. I will not be a returning customer nor will I recommend this company!
