The prices were very fair, the technician was on time very polite took his time to do the job right I’m very impressed with the quality of his craftsmanship, our carpets look almost new and they were in pretty bad shape.

Service technicians are always professional and knowledgeable. Like knowing they are using lots of chemicals and carpets seem to dry faster.
I would highly recommend having teams of at least TWO people fulfill each appointment! The gentleman who came to clean the carpet was having a bad day, and was clearly worn out from the previous two jobs. He took opportunity to cry on my shoulder, (figuratively) which was unprofessional and uncomfortable for me, as a client. Also, when I told him the carpet was synthetic material, he said he couldn’t use a hot temperature without melting the fibers. And since he didn’t use heavy chemical soaps, that meant that the carpet didn’t actually look any cleaner when he was finished than when he started. Overall I was disappointed with the cleaning, and the service. I think having a second person on the job would have kept some accountability to be more professional. And I’m going to have to go with a company that uses harder chemical cleaners, if I can’t use a high temperature, as the worker said.
Clean and eco friendly products! The service was top tier, they explained the process and what to expect after completion.
I love that they’re are no chemicals that are unsafe in the products that are used to clean!

Your technicians are friendly, efficient and careful of my home and belongings. The Zero Rez method is much better than the traditional carpet cleaning chemicals, etc.
Zerorez cleaned our tile. Their process was able to get off much of the dirt on our textured tile that normal mopping left behind. The service person was knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough.
Love the friendly staff and how are technician left are home amazingly clean.
Expensive pet treatment but it did far more than others I tried to get yellow stain out! Will use again.
Charles W our technician was very polite and pleasant. He explained everything he needed to do first. The carpe looked brand new after he steamed it. No chemical smell. It smelled good. His aftercare instructions were clear. Will highly recommend!

Great job getting my carpets cleaned.
Carpets look the same as before we had them cleaned by zerorez. Wasted my money. Going to have to hire someone else I have “after” pictures that totally upset me.
Our technician was wonderful. He was friendly, courteous, took care of a major stain problem in our den, and just did a beautiful job.
I like that there are no chemicals used on our carpet. We have an animal.
My only complaint is the high cost of cleaning tiles. I dropped that from my order due to jump in cost.

The Technician was very thorough and professional.
First off your tech guy was very nice andpolite. He went over my 3 areas and was done in aprox 30 to 40 min. The carpet was barely wet and honestly it looked just as dirty as it was when he started. After he left I had to do it over with a Bissell carpet cleaner. It pulled tons of dog hair and dirt out of the carpet. Let's just say it cleaned up everything that your service did not. So, there you have it. I will never use you guys again and cannot make any recommendations. I know times are tough right now but seriously, you should still get what you paid for.
Tech (Ray) was very nice and helpful.
He had some concerns before starting and explain why.
And I'm glad he took out time to ck to make sure the air duck cleaning wouldn't do more harm than good.
