We had a bad experience just trying to make an appointment. Spoke to a young lady and got hung up on. Called back and even though we made the appointment she did not know about our coupon. If you put out coupons you should let your staff know so they don't sound uninformed.
We also feel that the technician showed us a white towel with black junk on it to show us how much dirt he got after one pass on the carpet. After watching the clear filter the water was hardly dirty with no such junk in it. To us that was dishonest and meant to think we had such a dirty carpet. After thinking about his visit, we realized he did no more than go over the carpet very fast like vacuuming. Did not go behind doors and when he ran out of treater spray he did not refill the cannister in the last room.
He asked if this was a two story home and even though we were not doing upstairs he went up there anyway. Why? It is none of his business what is up there if we do not invite him.
Frankly, after evaluating about this visit service we have doubts about a future visit. We are supposed to receive a $50 restaurant coupon with our service. We shall see if the company sends it to us.

The first time we had Zerorez clean our carpets, we saw a distinct difference in the cleanliness. This time, the tech did not seem as dilligent and the carpets do not appear any cleaner afterwards, than before.
Wonderful fragrance
Used Zerorez a few years back with great results for pet odor. This time, after 2 cleanings, still have pet odor on chair. First time I used the company, treatment seemed to be more thorough and concentrated.

The technicians that came out were very nice and knowledgeable about their job. They kept me informed every step of the way, plus any invoice changes, before they continued.
After they started, there was, already, a fresh, clean scent all over! The carpets look great and the house smells so clean! We had several pet areas and they cleaned all of them - I can't even tell where any of them were. Didn't know how bad our carpets needed cleaning till Zerorez cleaned them!
I will definitely use them again!
He did an excellent and very thorough job cleaning the carpet and stains! We were surprised that he was able to remove some of the stains.

You were supposed to come clean my carpet on 9/26/20, but you didn't show up. I had to call about 45 minutes after the scheduled appointment, and found out that the technician's car broke down, and they wouldn't be able to come that day. I had to reschedule my appointment. I would've appreciated the technician calling me and letting me know that he broke down, instead of me having to find that out myself. I do not think that was very professional or considerate. I will re-think using your services again. You are supposed to come tomorrow to clean my carpet now, and I would appreciate a huge discount on that service.

It really works the carpet in my house is old but after the company comes every time they make it look new, awesome.
I scheduled our service with ZeroRez for our office, because I thought the carpet looked dirty, tired and old. While our ZeroRez sales rep came out, he also noticed my office tile grout was also dirty and that they could clean it at the same time.
The ZeroRez professional cleaner came out at the time scheduled and finished within the time given. He spent extra time on certain areas and was very professional.
The result? Our office is beautiful again and I also noticed that the ZeroRez treatment got rid of some smells that I had become accustomed.

Way too expensive. I thought I was getting 3 rooms for $99 and spending a little more for my tile but instead I spent over $2000. It was clean and smelled good but way to expensive and will not use again
