It work

Heavily soiled carpet was not as well cleaned as on previous visits. Hard to tell that when it is freshly groomed & damp but when it dries, it is apparent.

The tech was extremely professional, wore shoe covers, set out corner protectors and explained the whole process. Carpets looked great when he was done!

Raymond T did a very good job. He was extra careful with my stairs. I was concerned about scratching but there we no problem.

I just wasn’t happy with how the carpet felt afterwards. He did explain that it was kind of “crunchy “ in areas and I understood that to be in highly trafficked areas. But in checking areas that have MUCH less traffic it was still that way. I have used other cleaners and not experienced that.

Collin wasn’t very helpful on certain questions we asked and didn’t seem very interested in his work. Was expecting a better experience with the technician. Overall product was good. Carpets appear cleaner, however there’s still a dog scent remaining on the carpet, which he told us we didn’t need deodorizer when we asked for it.

They were easy to schedule, the tech was professional and my carpets were cleaned.

Professional Service

You are efficient and professional from making the appointment through to leaving my home after completing the work. Darwin did the work for us, and did an excellent job. He made an understandable explanation of why the carpet protectant would help save us from replacing our builder-grade carpet as soon as we think it will be needed, though we didn't add that to the service.

Very thorough and professional

The carpet in all the rooms felt coarse and looked like there was a white residue.
Also, i asked the technician to leave a measurement of my floor tiles and an estimate fir the cost if cleaning snd sealing. Never received any estimate. Anyway, wouldnt use zerorez for that job after the results of the carpet cleaning.

I have heard about Zerorez on KLTY for a long time and since we just had new windows put in it seemed like the perfect time to give them a try. I recently gave birth and did not deal directly with the technician but I over heard technician and my husband talk via phone as they discussed what was to be done and he evaluated our carpet and at the end for payment. He was really polite and helpful. I had to pay as my husband didn't have the right card and even that process was so easy and efficient. I absolutely loved using them and will surely use them again.
