The young man that cleaned our carpet was courteous and worked quickly to do a very nice job on our carpet. It will take time for us to see how the cleaning holds up and looks as it does afterward.

Great products and service personnel.
It was a fiasco the day we were to get the carpet cleaned. I got the call that they’d arrive in 1/2 hour; no show. I finally called 1.5 hours later. Waited on hold 20+ minutes. Apparently two trucks broke down but no one called me. I told the scheduler it had to be done that day. After a long wait on hold, I was told they’d call as soon as a truck could come out. Raymond arrived a bit after 1:30 and cleaned the carpet. He was great.
So, the house is my father’s. He moved to assisted living. My husband got there at 9:45 so the Zerorez guy wouldn’t have to wait for us to get there. The house was completely, totally empty. My husband and I spent the entire day in this empty house waiting to get the carpet cleaned. Why didn’t anyone call and tell me that the first cleaner was having trouble with his truck? Or the second truck? When I ask what discount we would get off this cleaning, I was told the 20% with the best that they could do. That was pretty stingy. You can’t imagine how frustrating it is to waste an entire day when you have 1 million things to do trying to get a house sold, all because the company screwed up several times. We have been repeat customers for several years at our own home but I won’t be calling Zerorez again.

We just finished recommending Zerorez to some good friends who are wanting their carpets cleaned. Our technician was great - friendly, knowledgable, helpful, quick and thorough. It doesn’t get any better than that! We appreciate the steam cleaning without chemicals due to our allergies. Our carpets dried quickly so we were able to put things back in short order.

Got my upholstery clean
We have now spent OVER $500 to clean THREE rooms. The master STILL smells like pet urine after we were guaranteed it didn’t (he said he got down and smelled the carpet on his hands and knees). At this point, I could have paid to replace the carpet. I am highly disappointed. It doesn’t seem like the amount of money we spent made a difference at all in the master bedroom.
Service tech was nice and friendly but my wife and I agree, this was the worst carpet cleaning we've ever received from any company.

Introduce a slight bit of chemicals in your process. Would enhance cleaning and possibly increase drying time. Many small spots would not need individual attention.

Zerorez was came highly recommended and while I was skeptical, they did not disappoint! We have light colored carpet and I have been living with spots in several bedrooms for years - Zerorez was here for an hour, and I am not exaggerating when I say that they carpets look brand new! We were shocked! Without question, we will use them again (and regularly!) and would recommend them to anyone!
Chemical free for the most part. The tech was awesome. Told us what he was going to be doing and offered other applications.
