Give your tech's a map or a written synopsis of what areas they are suppose to clean. If I had not been here, my employee's would not have been able to tell the tech what we had agreed upon. Dallas was very nice & thorough.
Even with just the topical, our carpets looked incredible. With cats, dogs, and kids, I expected little could be done. I was proven wrong! Timely, kind, and thorough, we loved our experience with Zerorez from start to finish.
Try harder to keep appointment times.

We live in a rent house with very old carpets. Additionally, we were delayed getting carpets cleaned this year due to social restrictions. There were some stains in places, but Travis did a really good job getting making the carpets look great. Good job, Travis!

Great service
There are white spots in several places. I thought they would disappear when it dried but they are still there and when we vaccumed it was full of white dust. Is this going to go away or do we need to do something to get read of it ?

Our tech was Amazing! He was polite, thorough and didn’t waste any time.
Edwin did a great job! He was on time and I had received a text prior to saying he was 15 minutes away. He showed me a test area, then put a fan on the living room carpet as he cleaned the other rooms. Will definitely use again!
Carpet looks a much better. It does take it a lot longer to dry than I was told.

You all charged me $60 extra dollars for pet treatment. And that was for a gallon of the treatment. No way did you use a gallon. Then, the cleaning left my carpets soaking wet. Took over 7 hours to dry and that was with fans blowing on high and an extra box fan. Guys were really nice guys that came so I don’t think their fault, just not good equipment or process.

Chavis was my technician yesterday. He explained what I could do to minimize particular recurring stains. As well as what type of treatments are available.
This is my 4th time using Zerorez and every other time I was extremely happy. This time I am not only disappointed, but I am upset. I had asked for the flash treatment to be done but the tech said that I didn't need it. He said that the pet treatment would work well for my issues. He was wrong. The dog urine spots don't smell any better. In addition, I decided to take my carpet cleaner to a small portion of the carpet and the water came out dark brown. I took a picture of the water and I would be happy to send it to you. It makes me wonder, did he clean all of the carpet or did he just do that bad of a job? Then, when he was leaving I told him to back up into the turnaround area and go forward down the hill. He didn't listen to me. He tried to go backwards down the hill and went off the driveway into my landscaping. Not only did I pay over $200 for nothing, he did damage to my property because he didn't listen and I had to cancel plans I had yesterday afternoon because he was there for three and a half hours after he was done. I couldn't just leave because my house is behind a gate and I needed to be there to open it for the tow truck. I definitely was not going to give him the code because he already made me feel uncomfortable when he was leaving the first time. My biggest issue is that my carpets don't smell good and it seems like the smell has just been activated rather than removed. It actually smells worse now than it did before if that's even possible. Like I said at the beginning I have used you guys three times prior to this and I have been very happy with the results. I feel like I got someone who is either new or not very knowledgeable and didn't do a good job. He was also quite unprofessional and he made me feel uncomfortable. To make it right you guys could come back and actually get the smell out of my carpet.

I was very skeptical on the advertisement that I viewed on the internet about the special water and process that Zerorez used. Well, I was amazed! My carpets were very clean and even looked almost as if they were new. They removed pet stains and dirt and left my carpet genuinely clean for sure. I am a very pleased with the job.
My only con is that this is not inexpensive by any means and then at the end they ask you if you want to leave a tip? After paying close to 700.00 dollars; I don't think so. The gentleman that did my carpets was very nice and respectful and it was no reflection on him when I did not tip.
