Jeff did a good job, timely, thorough, and very courtesy.

I expected to have a deep clean with more time spent to remove stains and spotting. I am not sure what is the difference between cleaning myself with you guys. Maybe this is better for newer carpets.

Price was high for the rooms done!

I love that ZeroRez does not use any soap/chemicals, especially because I have grandchildren who crawl on the floor. I was disappointed at how many stains did not come out. We had 5 rooms, a hallway and a staircase and a half (20 steps) cleaned. The technician was done in about an hour. I looked at my security camera and he was here for 1 hour and 18 minutes.... but it took a few minutes to set up and take down the equipment and to take the payment. It didnt seem like enough time to do a good job. The young man was very thoughtful and considerate. He pointed out a few of the stains that could not be removed. When I was able to go upstairs the next day after the carpet had dried, I was surprised to see the number of spots that remained.

I really thought that it was time to replace our carpet, but figured I might try Zerorez and hope for the best. I am completely amazed at the results. Wow. I think we have more time with our carpeting, after all.

Good morning, my carpet has shadows in it and streaks. I was expecting something a little bit better than dark streaks and shadows in my carpet. I don't know maybe you could send a tech contact me and let me know what you can do. This is in the area of my living room

I’ve had zerorez come out twice sometimes 3 times a year to do our floors. But this is the first time I’d seen the tech use the deep carpet vacuum/ extractor before they steam cleaned. It made a huge difference but surprised I didn’t see the other techs use when most recent said it is supposed to be used on every carpet job.

Cleans very dirty areas. Tech was very good at explaining. He worked very hard & did a great job with what he had to work with. Thank you C J.

I would highly recommend Zerorez for carpet cleaning but not for tile cleaning. They had to come out 4 times before getting my tile floor clean and presentable. I appreciate that they FINALLY got it done but was very frustrated that it took a month, numerous phone calls, and 4 visits before getting it done right by a manager. I don’t think I would call Zerorez again for tile cleaning but would for carpet cleaning.

The price quoting is deceptive. Quoted $99 for 3 rooms but when the tech arrives that doesn't include stain treatment. If I'm getting professional carpet cleaning, the carpet is probably stained to some degree. He cleaned one room and a rug and it cost over $300 so that feels very deceptive to me. My tech was fantastic but was also dealing with faulty equipment so it took a really long time and he was unable to do one of the stain treatments that sounded good, but I guess that would have been unreasonably expensive

Friendly staff, detailed and thorough. No smells/fragrances, excellent product. This is my 2nd time using Zerorez on both my carpet and tile, really pleased with the results both times.

CJ was our rep and he did a fantastic job! Explained everything first and then was quick and efficient at doing the work! Great job and we liked the outcome!
