The technician was wonderful. He was friendly and competent. He explained what he was doing and did a very thorough job. He just added to the good feelings we have about Zerorez.

I like the chemical(s) & water solution Zerorez uses as opposed to traditional "soap" cleaning products other companies use which leave a gummy residue. I have used many a carpet cleaning company over the years & until Zerorez came into being, it really is a true fact the difference you can immediately see & especially feel in the texture of your freshly cleaned carpets. There is no gummy residue that actually attracts dirt, etc., to your carpet more quickly. Would also like to say, because we have pets, the method & solution/products used to get to the bottom of both the carpet & pad is second to none! It really works to get any stains & odors out as completely as possible. I'm a true believer in Zerorez!

When carpet dried there were a few spots that showed up. They rescheduled and I got the same tech. He was as professional and courteous as he was the first time. Second time around, spots were gone and the carpet looks like new.
The tech did a fairly good job - only missed a couple little spots. Got right to it when he showed up. Good personality. (This was for upholstery.) Price a little higher than I expected but that was not a problem. First name removed
Just too expensive. I have only one room of carpet, a bedroom, that needs cleaning but I had to pay for three. Plus I had the animal treatment which was $60, an ridiculous amount of money for a bedroom that is largely covered by a bed. My $99 special cost me $220!!!
It was way too expensive. From my initial phone call I understood the pet service was a one time charge. Not per room. Ridiculous price!

Used them on previous occasions
We were happy with the work and with the technician. Our only complaint was that we were unable to get through on the phone when we had questions, and no one responded to our voicemail. We mentioned this in the message section when we made our online appointment but still no one responded.
Service was awesome; Darwin was an excellent technician. Product is delivered as promised. Our couch and chair are incredibly clean and fresh

Hi! Our carpets look great! We can visibly see a difference, especially in the living room. There is a crunchy feeling to them like something was left behind on them after they dried(that may be normal). The one suggestion that I have is to be more transparent about the cost. I called to specifically ask about extra charges. Although I was told about the extra fee for pet cleaning, I wasn't told that, if I have pets, I pretty much going to HAVE to get the pet treatment because your cleaning will just make the pet stains worse. Pet cleaning costs two thirds as much as a regular cleaning. I think being up front about the pricing by maybe having a pet owner price and a non-pet owner price.
