Missed quite a few spots up against the wall that we noticed after he left
Charles the tech was amazing. So friendly and efficient. We have 2 dogs and 2 cats and a 6 year old, so our carpets take a beating. After only 2 hours they looked ans smelled like new ( no harsh chemicals!!) and saved us thousands by giving us more life for the carpets. Thank you Zerorez!!

The employees are very respectful and knowledgeable. They get out what I think are permanent stains and the carpet is dry in just a few hours. The entire house smells so fresh and I don’t wake with the stuffy nose that I get from the dust and allergies that build up in the carpet.

My carpet shows every where the rug cleaner was. There are lines all over the carpet after it dried. Have used your service for years and never had this result before. Seems like they have raked the carpet before. It has been a few years since I have had our carpet cleaned because they have had our street torn up for two years with projects.
Several spots did not come clean and they have always come out before. Just not the same results we have had in the past. Not sure if your product has changed since we last used your company, but not the same results.

Punctuality and professionalism of the technician!
- Came without confirmation from me even though I called and told them to not send anyone until 3:30
- Showed up when I had already told them that my husband and I were NOT HOME and the baby was asleep for his nap
- Rushed through the service
- Did not do a good job cleaning our carpets at all
- Left the floors so wet that we kept slipping on our wood floors
- Now our house smells like mildew because the carpet was left so wet

Michael Ramirez cleaned our carpets, and we couldn't have asked for a more polite or professional young man. He explained everything, asked to see any problem areas, and then went to work. He did not hurry, nor did he go too slow; he made certain to do a thorough job.
This is the 2nd time I've used Zerorez (first time was in June I believe). This time we only had the tech clean the main living area (instead of 3 rooms). The living room floor was not cleaned properly. I will not recommend nor will I order service again.

I would have recommended the tech uses a carpet rake to remove any footprints that were created during the walk though of the rooms and down the stairs. Luckily I own one so I raked out our footprints so the carpet had the best possible drying conditions.
I was disappointed that I had the service rep pre treat specific Soda stain spots and he was confident they would come out and they did not. I also had lots of dust spots from where the previous home owners furniture sat and it wasn’t even touched because it was too close to my furniture. I would’ve had my furniture moved beforehand but he did not say that it would be an issue. The rep was by himself so I’m not sure if it too big of a job for him, but I was under the impression there would be at least 2 people. My carpet was not in perfect shape to begin with, but you cannot tell that anything was done unfortunately. I would like to get some of my money back since this was not successful and will need to move forward with spending more money to fix the spots.
The servicemen was pleasant and did a good job. Only one stain since I moved in is still noticable after three foster kitten litters that were sick and/or learning to use a litter box.
Service was exceptional and the technician was polite and very professional.
Have been trying, several times, to settle a dispute. Told several times that someone in authority would call me. Still waiting!
