I have been a Zerorez customer for years yet they thought I had only used Zerorez one other time.
It was interesting to find out that one tech gave me over $1,000.00 bid to do my tile and this time the bid was $280.00.
My personal experience was negative with the Houston call center. I was in the middle of getting my house painted but wanted to get on the schedule and the "new" person would not let me use the tile discount unless I scheduled to have the service in the next 2 days. Quite unreasonable.
I think Zerorez bombed out when they do not accept your survey discounts at all times.
On time, appointment was quick, everything was well explained, and add-ons were offered without a pushy pitch. Our carpets look great!
