Pet treatment was not very effective. Pet odor remains. For $60, I would have expected better results.

Everything except the pet stain removal- looks great while technician is here and for about 4hrs and then the stains begin to magically reappear- cost of that service too high for the result- this happens each time I have my carpets cleaned so it is NOT the fault of the technician
