I like the way the carpet gets cleaned without any residue and the technicians are polite it’s a good service
Jeremy C and Justin did a great job at my house today. Jeremy was so friendly and thorough and I really appreciated the before and after images he gave me of my air ducts and ac unit. For my carpets, Justin was also thorough and friendly. He worked hard and took the time needed to get it done. Thanks to your staff for a job well done.
There is no chemicals and smells fresh
When I have had carpets cleaned before, the technician always moved furniture and placed a square pad under the legs. They even moved every large piece of furniture--beds, dressers, sofas, etc.
I was told that unless I helped move pieces, nothing would be moved, so I opted to move just small pieces and not have carpets cleaned under large pieces; I am 80 and my husband is 84 and legally blind so we are not able to help move large pieces.
I do not believe the kitchen table and chairs were moved to clean the tile grout as I have noticed several areas where the grout looks dark.
Overall, the carpet cleaning and tile grout cleaning were very good with the exception of areas stated. Pet stains and a very large stain on BR tile were removed and I was very pleased about that.

As always, your technician was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and arrived within the promised timeframe. The technician was a wealth of information in regards to carpet types, colors which show less dirt, and overall carpet care. These are just a few of the reasons why I only use Zerorez.
No residue left in carpet
The products used to clean are not harmful to the environment.
Technician was on time, very polite and went back over a couple of areas for me. Will continue to use zerorez.
Get the grout cleaner.
Your people are always friendly, courteous and do a great job. It would have been better this time if you had been able to schedule the job earlier since we had a big pet stain in a prominate area, I treated it with club soda and an enzyme cleaner. which made little difference. After being there for several days, Evan was not able to get the stain out. Fortunately, the smell is gone. First time our big dog ever had an accident. We may decide to replace the carpet.

Would never schedule on a Friday afternoon again.
Tech not here until we’ll after 5pm “cleaned three bedrooms, living room and hallway” scotch guarded all rooms and was finished and gone in less than one hour. Only two areas really needed attention (by back door and in front of the couch). In the past the carpet looked new again - right now the carpet looks like it has not been cleaned. Very disappointed.
Randy was the technician and he was very professional and knowledgeable about the products and how they worked best. Products seem to work better than other companies.
