We have used Zerorez multiple times to clean our carpets. They always do a thorough job and the results keep us returning. On this experience the tech arrived an hour after our selected appointment window with very limited communication about the delayed arrival.

Justin, your technician, was extremely informative and had great customer service skills.

No help in moving the furniture. Rigid rules on room. If we don't move the furniture, the area needs to be clean is much smaller. Should be able to combine some small area with small rooms due to furniture.
Will try somebody else next time and see what they do.

It was quick and the stains in the hallway were removed. This is the first time that I had used this service. I thought it was pricey for my little tiny space. My house is less than 1000 sq ft and only 3 rooms and a hallway were cleaned and within those rooms half or less of the carpet was cleaned. This resulted in about 300 sq. ft of carpet cleaning. Overall, the technician that came was pleasant and hard working and I would definitely recommend the service to someone else.

Fast and thorough

The technician did fine but there are still stains in the carpet- and it wasn’t treated as I saw online with the agitator. He did one pass with a single machine then tried to sell me $75x3 for a treatment I didn’t need. I don’t think it was worth the $210 I was charged.

The tech was outstanding. He was able to remove all the stains from my carpet. When he finished, it looked new. For the price, it was a great deal.
