Very good service

Unfortunately, somewhat across the board. The appointment started late, which wouldn't have been as big of an issue except it was a 3 - 5 pm time and it was dark and it got rushed. Since it was dark, I First name removed't think they could see as well and it caused more than normal to be missed. We did have more spots than most probably do, but we did expect a better cleaning. The pricing was escalated as well. I didn't mind this part as much, but it wasn't fair. The kitchen tile is less that 200 sf, but he just measure the room and multiplied it out. It added about 20% to actual surface total and price. We were told on the phone it was $99 for three rooms, plus $60 for the stairs, $40 for the hall, an additional charge for the kitchen tile and we had a fourth room. The total was $460 plus the tip which came out to $506. If it should have been a little less than $400, I decided I could live with the extra $100 and they did tell me before they started. However, I did expect the best cleaning possible and that wasn't what we got. There is still ketchup on the tile in the kitchen, there are still many spots that if it would have been light outside and the job wouldn't have been rushed would have been taken care of during the process. It's hard to not go through with the process when they get here and quote you a hire price, because you have spent hours getting ready. It was our first time to use Zerorez and it didn't turn out to be what we expected.

There were far too many issues prior to my carpets ever being cleaned. I was not thrilled with the experience. Customer service was not up to my expectations. This was very disappointing because all of my friends and family use ZeroRez.

Y’all did a great job and the workers were professional and friendly. However, for my previous appointment with guys, no one showed up or called to let let us know you all were not coming until I called after the 2 hours window you gave me.

My original schedule visit did a poor job contacted your company and apologized said you would get service re-done 5 days after ordinal appointment I didn’t want to be difficult and agreed.

Monday comes technician by the name of Jose said he didn’t see anything wrong obviously it’s been 5 days and we vacuumed the residue I was not advices to do so.
I understand it was not his fault but he was going in circles about how confused he was because he just got back from vacation not to be rude but that’s not my Bussiness point is he said he would re-do it however I would be charged again! I paid $300 five days prior for a poor service that was done in like 30 minutes. It was a big space should of at least took an hour or hour and half. So disappointment would never recommend anyone to your company.

We had an awesome first-time experience with Zerorez! Technician arrived right on time and was professional and quick. We had originally thought we'd have to replace the carpet but it now looks brand new! Thank you, Zerorez!

The tech was not on site long enough to do a deep clean. I felt my carpets would have had a better outcome if I did them myself.
Also very disappointed that the hand held unit to pay via credit card immediately asks you for gratuity! Then sets predetermined denominations? EXTREMELY RUDE experience for your customers. Gratuity is earned and should NEVER be expected! Your customers feel pressured to proved a tip regardless of service to avoid any animosity or to be questioned.
Lastly techs should never under any circumstances ask to use the customers restroom. This is disgusting!! At a very serious time of Covid, that’s the last thing I want in my home is someone else’s bathroom germs. Needless to say my housekeeper was not available immediately so therefore I had to clean the entire restroom myself. Beyond gross!!!

I paid $400 for you all to clean the carpets in my house and even agreed to the up charge for pet stains, and not even 48 hours later the stains have resurfaced.

The last cleaning we had with you all at least lasted about 4 months before anything resurfaced. This time was clearly not the same quality.

I have called the office and requested a technician return to my house this week to fix the issue, and depending on the outcome, I will reevaluate my score.

We have new carpet and an unfortunate accident with the roomba... the carpet was purchased treated, so didn't want to introduce any additional chemicals into the scenario. Light Carpet was restored to it's original luster, can't tell any cleaning was done.

The technicians always do a thorough job; scheduling appointment that met our needs was easy.
