Better scheduling: Our carpet cleaning window was to be 2-4pm on Jan 2nd 2021 but the estimated arrival time was 5:26 pm and told it'd take 2-3 hours for completion. The tech said he had to drive from his last job in Granbury TX all the way to Decatur TX.
Pandemic awareness: He was a very nice guy, but wasn't wearing a mask or foot coverings. I would have expected a mask to be worn at the bare minimum and I didn't appreciate that he wasn't as your scheduling confirmation email stated.
Always very clean
Really well done. Original 70-year old hardwoods were glistening and carpets were never this clean. Paul was the best technician ever! Thanks so much!
Steve, the technician was informative and competent. He also told us that we didn’t d the more expensive carpet treatment for the pet stains that we pointed out under ultraviolet light! He did use a sufficient product for our stains.

I didn’t have a preference for a carpet cleaning company until Demetrius completed our carpets. He was incredibly professional and extremely knowledgeable about the types of stains we had and the science behind the the products he was applying to best remove them.
The carpets look brand new and I will definitely call Zerorez again and request that Demetrius is the technician who comes out again.

We have used your company for a number of years and have never had this issue. Your technician did my kids closets and we were charged a walk-in closet fee of $25. Our house is small and my kids closets only have a rack for hanging clothes in them, you can't "walk in." When I called to discuss this and have fee waived I was told that couldn't happen because my husband was home at the time and agreed. My husband doesn't normally handle the carpet cleaning, was working from home and didn't have time to argue. While that may not matter to your company, you've now lost a client over $25.

For the most part, I was pleased with the service and the technician was very friendly. There were several attempts to upsell services, which was OK at first, but grew tiresome quickly. Plus, I was generally pleased with the cleaning, but I have to admit I expected the carpets to look and smell much cleaner than they were. Granted, the carpet is a bit older and hadn't been cleaned in some time. But, that being said, my general impression was the cleaning wasn't as deep as I'd expected. To be honest, I'm not sure if the cleaning was done while I was out and I came home that I'd notice anything different. For almost $400, I'd expected to be wowed by the end result and I was just meh.
The technician was wonderful. Let me watch and explained everything that I asked.
THE TILE AND GROUT CLEANING FOR $250 SUCKED CANNOT SEE ANY DIFFERENCE AT ALL HE WAS ALREADY MAKING EXCUSES BEFORE HE EVEN STARTED WHAT A RIPPOFF TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY LIKE I SAID COULD NOT SEE ANY DIFFERENCE USED YOU GUYS FOR MANY YEARS FIRST TIME USING THIS PART OF YOUR SERVICE
Really like how the treatment leaves no residue. Scheduling was easy and tech was on time, courteous and explained everything well. I just don’t like the marketing that leads you to believe you are getting a fair deal with low cost for 3 rooms but then you get all the add-ions that come when the tech starts going through rooms and telling you all the things that are extra. Just need to be up front with what the extras might be.
We were going to get the deep cleaning for the 99 dollar special, that's all we wanted, but the service guy was so convincing that if we got this tropical cleaning and spend more that the stains wild be removed and it did not after it dried, but it look good when it was wet! We will not be using yall again! To make things right is to give us what we original asked for!
