I was very impressed with the service and professionalism of the service technician and the job he did on my carpet. This was the second or third time we have used Zerorez and have been impressed each time.

Your technician left my carpet many times worse than when he showed up. I wish I'd never contacted your company because you've made my carpet look much, much worse than it used to. I've submitted photos and spoken with a Zerorez representative (Lesli) but the onus was placed back on me for now accepting additional treatments and costs. I just needed ONE 14'x14' room cleaned (which included a large bed and two dressers, all of which were in place so the area cleaned was quite small) so felt the $135. I paid should have been enough to get my carpet cleaned. When I spoke with her she said I would need to pay over $700. in additional fees to actually clean my carpet. I feel like the $100. fee was just a bait-and-switch to get me to pay for more services, which is dishonest and extremely poor customer service.
This is incredibly disappointing as I'd used your service before (on the same carpet!) with good results and have recommended your service to others. If nothing is done to clean up the mess your technician made of my carpet, I will be very vocal in letting all my friends, family and online forums know what a terrible experience I've had with Zerorez.
My carpets did not smell clean after the service. I noticed a faint dog urine smell lingering for a few days after cleaning them.

My first time booking a carpet cleaning with Zerorez. The tech was on time and did a great job of communicating what he would be doing. My carpets look great and I will use Zerorez again.
My carpet wasn't especially dirty when I got it cleaned, and so I didn't really see a huge difference in the before and after, and so I can't really comment on the effectiveness of the cleaning itself. The reason I got my carpet cleaned was b/c I had recently had home improvement work done and it was dusty in the home and so I wanted to remove any dust residue that may have settled in the carpet.
I was disapointed in the value for the money. I initially reached out to zerores b/c of good reviews and a $99 special for three rooms. But to my dismay, $99 turned into almost $300 by the addition of one extra room, a hallway, stairs, and a walk-in closet. Nice click bait! I can't say that I was not forewarned, with the exception of the walk-in closet which was not part of the initial estimate, but I do not feel that it is a good value.
I was particularly dissapointed that the tech decided to charge me extra for the "walk-in" closet (which is only 6'x9') considering the relatively small size by walk-in closet standards, and considering that he did not have to vaccuum the closets in the other three bedrooms since we were storing things in them. He should've just called it even.
If you want to make it right, I would at least like to receive a refund for the walk-in closet.
