Our carpet is still wet. The tech over compensated. We knew we had stains that may not come up. That is no big deal. But the fact that they are worse than before is extremely disappointing. It has been almost 24 hours and our socks get soaking wet when walking in areas. Zerorez is not for us.
This is the second time that I have used Zerorez. This is also the second time that Stephen has cleaned my carpets. He is a great worker and very thorough.
The tech was fabulous! He was knowledgeable, courteous, and conscientious. He knew what we needed and took initiative to get everything taken care of!!
ZeroRez is always in contact with you, from the moment you make the appointment until they get to your house. Their staff is courteous and through. They are careful with your home they treat your things like their own. You be assured that your carpets will be clean and looking good when they leave.

Joe the service technician. Best in the business! On time. Ahead of schedule. Explained all of my cleaning options, showed up prepared and ready. Fast, courteous and efficient. Joe should be giving a class on how to deal with customers.
My impression was any carpet any condition...your tech was amazing and he did a great job just the fact that our carpet was too far gone. We understand and like to know it’s clean even though it doesn’t look like it.
Terrible cleaning and forgot the sealant the first time. Came back out and cleaned better, but still forgot the sealer. Waste of my time and payroll having someone there now 3 times.
The carpet cleaning service always amazes me at how clean the carpets end up.

The experience started with the telephone scheduling. The scheduler explained the services well which gave me the right information to decide on the level of service. The technician arrived as expected and asked questions to ensure he understood why I wanted the service requested. The technician did the job thoroughly and cleaned any debris that was dropped from the vents. Since the cleaning I have had significantly less sneezing and scratchy throats and less dust in the house.
Our technician was great. He was very knowledgeable, advised of what services Zerorez offers, and made some helpful suggestions for the care of our flooring. We will be using Zerorez in the future.
My technician wads very courteous, and gave an explanation as to each and every product he was going to use to try and treat the stain, and brought me to the stain to explain what he was doing. The stains would set in the carpeting, but feel as if my technician gave me his best effort and literally tried everything to get it out. Overall a good experience and i will use again when needed

The cost was significantly higher than other companies we have used. I was very pleased with the professionalism of the woman who booked my appointment and the technician who serviced our home.l
Friendly Staff who work hard
Deep spot treatments are really expensive. I have an upstairs room that needs several spots done even after getting the pet treatment but at $75 a pop I simply can’t afford to do it right now. Wish there were a way to bundle and save on those spot treatments.
The 1st disappointment occurred when the technician couldn’t complete the job, due to equipment malfunction. Although disappointed, this was no fault of the technician, and I totally understand things happen. However, the 2nd disappointment occurred with the rescheduled appointment to complete the job from the previous day. We waited at home for the technician throughout the 3 hour appointment window, and the technician did not show for the appointment. We were not notified, until I called, & was informed that no one was coming to finish the job today & I needed to reschedule for the next day. This wasn’t understandable or acceptable.
I heard your add on KLTY, & I thought I would give your business a try. I am sorry to say, my first experience with Zerorez, was not good and I am not sure I will be a repeat customer

Everyone who has been to our house has always been very pleasant with a great attitude. Carpets are never crunchy, always look and smell clean after each visit.

Good carpet cleaning
Technician was nice and knowledgeable, however I felt as though the cleaning wasn't as good as in the past. My floors don't feel or look clean. I sent pictures in to show the dirty floors to Email address removed, but no one ever responded. Been with Zerorez for 8 years, and unfortunately this will be my last appointment with you.
Cleans better than any other service I’ve used. Dries quickly so you don’t have to wait all day to walk on it.
Service tech was great. He did the job wuick and the carpets look and smell fantastic. Will definitely use this company again.
