Clean house without harsh chemicals

The service technician spend the time to get almost all of the stains out of the carpet. He even helped me move some of the items off the floor do he could clean those areas. He explained about what would happen if I stepped onto the damp carpet then onto a tile floor. I am very7 happy with the job that was performed and would highly recommend Zerorez to someone needing their carpet cleaned.

Mario did a great job getting the stains out of our furniture and carpet and was very well educated about his product.

Sales process was clear - understood duct cleaning services.

First Tech did not arrive with working camera equipment. We paid premium price for thorough information. Understand gaps in working equipment can happen. Maybe ask customer how involved in the process they want to be. If they require camera view of ducts, don’t send Tech who has equip issues that day. :)

Reconnected with Sales rep and asked for a followup visit. He was anxious to give us a positive experience with Zerorez and rescheduled.

Day of appointment no call to alert our Tech was arriving, much less 1 hour early.

Second Tech Ricardo was fantastic - arrived with working equipment. Provided clear explanation of our HVAC duct system and context for what he saw compared to years experience cleaning other homes. Pleasant and professional attitude, thorough job cleaning ducts, and ensured our house was clean from any small falling pieces. Appreciated his attention to detail.

Overall summary - not convinced that we needed to pay such a high price for the service (3-5x competitors prices), which doesn’t mean we didn’t appreciate the Zerorez cleaning. So we score it a 9 out of 10 for good experience. Tech Ricardo was a 10. Value of the service and overall experience probably a 7 or 8, honestly.

Torrance H. was our service provider. He was COVID safe and followed all safety precautions. He ensured our carpet was treated, cleaned, and stain repellant was applied effectively. He was respectful and we would ask for him again. We like Zerorez and believe that this is the best way to clean your carpet. Our carpet looks brand new, especially in our traffic areas.

I had the master bedroom, the mother in-law/nursery room, the game room and the set of stairs cleaned. I expected the carpet to look like it does in "house for sale" photos online (with the vacuum marks), but I suppose that is an extra service type. Overall, the carpet felt and looked fresh and clean, and dried within 2.5 to 3hrs--it helps to have the ceiling fan(s) and floor fans versus just the central air alone. The gentleman who cleaned our rooms and stairs (William) was congenial and very knowledgeable about his job--answered all of our questions and gave "tips".

Service person Mr.Nick did a great job. He even found some spots that we don't know about and cleaned them. Thanks, Nick.

I like the water used to clean and that it is not soap.

Zero Res did a fabulous job cleaning our carpet - no pushy sales person trying to upsell us - just informing us about what to expect and limitations based on particular issues with our carpet which is very old. Very happy with the outcome and highly recommend them!
